- Are all the shirts authentic?
All our shirts are authentic: We do not sell fake jerseys or replicas. All shirts are checked before being put on the website.
- Does FutbolColiseum also buy jerseys?
Yes, you can send an email to contact@futbolcoliseum.shop with photos of the shirt you want to sell. We try to get back to you in 48 hours (Working days).
- Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For more information please see our Shipping page.
- How long does delivery take?
Under normal circumstances shirts will be shipped in 48 hours (on working days) tracked via CTT Portuguese Post. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will vary depending on your location. You will receive an automatic email with the tracking number.

I want to order more than one shirt, does shipping costs change?
Yes. The price of shipping will be calculated automatically at checkout and there may be a small increase based on the weight of the package. Check the page Shipping for more information.
- Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, once your order has been received, you have 14 days to request a refund, you can send back the product and receive a refund after it's arrival. Be aware the product has to be sent back in the same condition it was sold.
- My package got lost/stolen, what should I do?
FutbolColiseum cannot be held responsible for the loss of a package or the deterioration caused by transport. Please refer to your nearest post office to report the situation. You can contact us and we will open an inquiry with the shipping company.
